Surprised the ox didn't get an invite back to your camp with how low the rizz has been

So i went down the rabbit hole and this ox is an Ooblex, a slime engineered by illithids to absorb memories of people and dooolegang them. This ooblex serves Cyric, an evil god that backstabbed Bhaal. Later on in act3, this ox gets into Baldurs Gate as a seemingly peaceful ox, but insinuates it's going to hunt in the city. All this, for some strange ox.

I failed the check and he attacked me in his original form.
Its actually a Slime which can shapeshift

You know it's a bad time when the group telepath _instantly_ staggers back and shouts, "What the F*CK have you been doing to see that?!!"

The most evil thing this ox does: kill your romance options with Karlach if you kill it in act 1.
(The ox wont be on the location hes supposed to in act 2 bugging a critical npc who then doesnt appear, causing karlach to basically hate your guts after act 2)

Edit: not a rumor, i fixed it by going into console commands and spawning both dammon and the ox on the location, fixing the interaction chain.

Look be nice to the strange homicidal ox. You want all the help you can get against the absolute.

If you play as the dark urge when you get the gory vision you can just go "oh hey, me too bro"

If you play dark urge you can appreciate the vision and share your own

I think this is what Jerry saw inside that cat’s mind in Rick and Morty.

There was a d&d session I played where I was a Knight, and there was another person who was playing as a homebrew unicorn race. Well naturally, as I was a Knight I wanted a steed to ride. I told my DM that I wanted to try and make the unicorn feel comfortable with me for me to be able to ride it. He told me to roll an animal handling check. I rolled a natural 1- and let’s just say that I “rubbed” the unicorn and made it *very* happy…

If you look closely, you can find a spoon mixed with all the cadavers in one of the flashing images.

He shows up in every act! In the first act, he's at the druid Grove. In the second act, he shows up at Last Light Inn in the shadow-cursed lands, and then in the third act he's in a barn outside the entrance to Baldur's Gate! If you wait until the third encounter at Baldur's Gate to fight him, he gives you an insanely good druid helmet (at least, the third encounter is when the helmet dropped, for me. It's insanely strong for a Moon druid. In my most recent playthrough, the helmet didn't drop during the third encounter, but it showed up in Helsik's store for sale after I entered Baldur's Gate)

If you find him in act 3 and complete his quest line it’s revealed he’s a shapeshifting slime, you can kill him (hard fight he’s basically a tank cube) and get a ring that allows you to disguise yourself without using a spell slot, or you can recruit him and use his tank cube powers in the final fight
