How to Create an HTAP Solution for IoT Using Cosmos DB and Azure Synapse Analytics!

A Hybrid Transaction/Analytics Processor is the mashup of an OLTP and OLAP solution. It gives you the best of both worlds. You get the transactional power of an OLTP solution, like a database, and the analytics power of an OLAP solution, like a data warehouse. Azure supports creating an HTAP solution with tight integration between Cosmos DB and Synapse Analytics using Azure Synapse Link. IoT Hub has native integration with Cosmos DB. However, you may still want to use another pattern that leverages messaging and integration platforms to move data from the IoT Hub into Cosmos DB.
