I haven’t found a spicy honey better than Mikes and I use it on eggs, fish, chicken, pork, cheese, noodles, vegetables, etc. I mix it in many recipes. I have never gotten a complaint even from naysayers. There is nothing better to put on corn bread. Doesn’t work in tea though. I don’t use large amounts to avoid over whelming honey flavor -a little goes a long way

Late to the party here. I love Mike’s Hot Honey. But it’s mild. I have pure honey from my own beehives with super hot pods (a large variety from the top of the Scoville scale). All my Pepperhead friends love it and agree they like it better. No vinegar added. Nothing but pure honey with the peppers.

However, Mike’s is great stuff.

I got a free sample packet with my groceries, tossed it on the countertop a few weeks ago. I decided to try it on a buttered Ciabatta roll and boy, it is addictive!! I ordered a two pack directly from Mike's and had it shipped because I wanted to make sure it was a nice fresh bottle. I ordered a sample packet of the Extra Hot, just in case it was too much for me. I like hot, but not overly hot where it numbs my tastebuds. I'm going to try it as a salad dressing tomorrow. It's very good. If you love honey and chilies I can't see why you wouldn't like it.
There's no Gmo's, no chemicals in it, just honey, chilies and a little vinegar probably for viscosity.
