God Calls you to Rest in him

God wants you to pick a Day to Rest As he did in The Genesis of The Bible. In it, He Created The earth and Heaven In Six Days. And On The Seventh Day, He Rested. Like God, We are Called To Rest In The Seventh Day Of The Week. And from What I Know the Seventh Day is Saturday. So Saturday could be A Good Day to Rest And The Bible Says that Jesus Died before The Sabbath Day And was On Friday and Was Risen from The Dead Three days Later On Monday. God wants you to Rest on The Seventh day to regain Strength and ability. And The Seventh day is called, The Sabbath day. God also tells us To not do any ordinary work on The Sabbath day or else he will get mad. He sent people to death for it. Don't Let that happen to you. Rest In The Lord.
