I don't have the right words to express just HOW amazing this animatic is, but it brought back all the emotions I felt watching season 2 all ower again. Amazing work man and I'll just go cry now-

I love how you specifically show their first meeting right before Aziraphale asks him to come to Heaven, some people keep making him out as the cruel and unloving one but he also just wants to be with him and make him happy. Loved the split second transitions of them kissing in different eras + the sneaky one where Aziraphale initiates the kiss instead. So prettyy

This is one of the most well put together animatics I have ever seen. It's so professionally made, I can't even begin to comprehend the amount of thought and work that was put into it. All those more detailed close-up shots, the dynamic and frame rate change during their conversation, THE ANGEL'S MEMORY OF THEIR FIRST MEETING (man, that part gave me chills, it reminded me of old cartoons from my childhood with all those whimsical transitions and all) - It's so technically advanced and it's so interesting and it's so detailed and so, so emotional ! Actually the first one ever that made me teary-eyed
I love you. Thank you for making the world a better place where all Good Omens fans are dead because of this

2:14 being a parallel/callback to Nina and Maggies thing where Crowley tried to set them up in the rain under the awning, but it ripped and ruined their moment? And now it rips and splashes down on Aziraphale because their moment has been ruined? I am wrecked, god this animatic is so good

The symbolism behind the whole "one's never going to let go of that wire" with the clip of Angel Crowley is so insane. It's like Crowley is that in front of him now but all he can think about is the hypothetical Crowley and him coming back to heaven with him. Beautifully done, even if I'm crying now. 😭❤️

Gosh this is simply amazing. Obviously the kiss scene flashing through the millennia part was amazing, but some moments that had my artist brain happy screaming: the parallax scrolling effect to give depth through the bookshop window was such a nice subtle touch, the thick pencil brush combined with minimal lines gives such a nice combination of clean and rough that is perfect, the cyclical narrative returning back to the moment at the bookshop adding to the sense that this one moment will make or break their 6000+ years of memories that got them to that point, the fluidity yet shakiness of Aziraphale's flashback to their time as angels at 2:05 giving that sense of an idyllic memory long since past. SO many small things in this that stood out! Excellent story telling and execution.

a hugeeee part of the reason why i love this song for them is because the song can be told from both of their perspectives.

from Aziraphale's, it can be about Crowley refusing to look past his trauma and distaste for heaven to take this opportunity and fix things. (the way they both know things can be, _should_ be, even.)
and from Crowley's side, it's about Aziraphale refusing to look past his trauma and running back to heaven when things get too difficult ("we could've been US!").
