Not being able to call 911 in an emergency situation should be illegal.

As a person who got injured at Amazon and successfully sued them, people need to sue them more. They are terrible at record keeping and even worse at defending their practices in court. People need to sue them

When the OSHA fine for an open drink is 10k, 28k for a death is an insult to life.

Just in case Amazon tries something funny after this video - Brew is a very happy and well-adjusted adult and would never consider self-deletion.

Even machines require down time, for maintenance and repair.
These people are being treated worse than robots

The fact that all of this stuff happens simply to make rich people richer makes my blood boil

I’m cancelling my Amazon prime account. This is a pre-planned activity prior to the Christmas holiday due to Amazon‘s lack of customer service. Now that I have this information there will be no more purchases from Amazon. I’ll do without necessities if I have to, but there is no excuse for treating human beings like that!

OSHA can investigate all they want but I know for a fact that they'll never punish Amazon because Amazon has too much money and too many lobbyists waving stacks of cash in OSHA's face.

I got doused in pesticide from a damaged package while sorting outbound packages and got threatened by HR for going home to shower without clocking out despite my manager telling me it was ok to do so. I had to threaten HR with legal action to get them to restore my docked pay.

Someone died in the bathroom in my facility and they didn’t even acknowledge it. They just zipped him up in a body bag and took him out on a stretcher. Didn’t even pause work

amazon worker here, the rates and TOT are ACTUALLY horrendous, and they 100% set you up for failure because you are a number here, no matter what they tell you. :3

people complain about gen z quitting jobs a lot, but being treated badly is usually why we do it. they need you more than you need them, workers need to remember that ✌🏾

I have a friend who used to work for one of Amazon's third-party companies. They threatened to fire her when she called in about her delivery van's brakes not working. There was break fuild all over the ground and engine. They told her to finish her route and drop off the van at their designated repair place. This was the 5th time it had happened, same van. She just threw the keys on the seat, called an uber to come pick her up and quit on the spot.

Exactly why I don’t shop on Amazon. After I worked for them, i pledged to never buy on there but I’m only one person.

The story of Tornado hurt me deeply. I worked at the warehouse in Robinsonville, I worked there from September of 2021 to about February of 2022, it was the worst working experience of my life. After enlisting in the military and serving as an Infantryman, I'll tell you this. The Army treats me better as an Infantryman than Amazon treated me as a civilian employee.

"Our dystopian future has become our dystopian present." Is something that shouldn't be able to be truthfully said.

I use to work at a fulfillment center doing overnights. I worked with a dude who never showed up again. I figured he quit. Turns out he died driving home. Fell asleep and crashed. Morning is one thing, but working overnights is a whole different animal. I made it almost a year before I quit. I quit because I also fell asleep while driving. An hour each way plus a 10 to 12 hour shift. I wasn't planning on dying for $16 an hour.

Years ago I worked the graveyard shift and two coworkers died at the wheel just driving home. Both happened about a month apart. They did nothing to mourn the loss. No condolences. No moment of silence or anything, just replaced. I quit so fast after that.

I worked at Amazon for one day. I was an order picker. I watched as 20 somethings walked past me, pushing their carts and looking like zombies. I wasn't going to turn into one too. 8 hours and I was gone.
