So glad to see this event. Many years ago, I read Chris Krafts memoir, titled "Flight". I'll never forget what he wrote about JFK's goal of reaching the moon, and I paraphrase this, "Had Kennedy been older and wiser, he would have known we couldn't do it. And if we had been older and wiser we would have known we couldn't do it. But we weren't, so we did it anyway". What happened to that American spirit?

the one who started it all 50 years ago. Kraft was a legend he was the founder of what would become Mission Control Houston if it was not for him we would not have gone to the Moon.
