I worked as a janitor in the ER at St Joe's in Burbank from 4/21-8/22. I personally saw 14 "AP X3" tattooed men enter the ER for specifically Fentynal OD. One guy, came in when I was arriving one day, checked himself out that night, & was back the next night again. I PUBLICLY posted announcements on my Facebook claiming these men make Fentynal in the area under protection of Glendale PD & certain FEDERAL AGENTS (an agent ARROYO (Armenian, not Latino), specifically). Partly as an experiment of sorts. So in 8 months 14 came in. After MY posting habit kicked in, I did not see a single ONE in 2022. Not one. But I doubt they quit. One guy mentioned when leaving, and told he might die if the Naxolone wares off. He waved his hand in the air as he walk away stating, "I got my own Naxolone if I need it." Which made me "imagine" he was making it, not using it. But, just a guess. But the tattoos were real, & visible. Either chest, knees, or back of head, mostly. The "street gang" is part of the group that controls the Glendale PD (Yes, I mean it HAS TO BE the chief, point of fact). And another point of fact, Armenian organized crime is documented to be a franchise of the Russian Mob, not an INDEPENDENT entity.
