🔴 Live: Bridgerton economics | How are they so rich and don't have a job? | Mistakes

I've been busy watching season 3 of Bridgerton and thought I could explain some of the confusing bits of Bridgerton's economics - i.e. how the noble actually made and had money in Regency England. Like how did Colin Bridgerton have money to travel? Why did money get passed along with titles? The show gets a lot right and then a few things confusingly wrong (hey, it's fantasy, not a documentary.)

We'll also talk about what that actually means for people these days - even without a heraldry system, there's still a lot that remains about how rich people stay rich in the modern world.

This is very in depth. Thank you, I often get confused. And I agree, the show is much better than the books lol. But I also don’t usually read or watch regency era content.
