Section 200 to 203 Chapter XV CrPC, Complaint and its Process.

Hi, this video covers Section 200 to 203 of Chapter XV of The Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC). Section 200 talks about the Examination of Complainant and Witnesses on oath, Section 201 is about, if Magistrate is not competent to take cognizance on complaint made to him, then what procedure shall be followed, Section 202 says that in what situation issue of process ( Summon or Warrant ) can be postponed and Section 203 is about when Magistrate finds no sufficient ground to proceed in the complaint , he may dismiss the complaint.
