Order Electric Blinds motor module non operable.

On sending an image to
orderelectricblinds of the motor charge connection and clearly explaining the problem, I have been asked to send a video of the charger not fitting the motor.

I felt ridiculous doing this, clearly the charger does not fit the motor. This is the second blind for me from these guys with a problem on receipt.

My first blind had the motor installed incorrectly on the wrong side, which then had to be swapped and reprogrammed as up was then down and vice versa.
