If you move IRL your brain compensates a lot of the bobbing as you move and by that you're still able to keep a remote target in focus. Also you would hold your weapon in a way that your arms would compensate a lot of your body movement. But here you're sitting in front of a static screen and stare at the bobbing, this might be cool for a bit but then it's gonna be annoying.

This is actually how Contract Wars used to be (the game that came before Tarkov), it was more COD-like. They're kind of reviving it now with EFT Arena, but a lot of aspects carried over to EFT way before that. CW was/is free, I used to play it every day around 7 years ago.
