Kogan mixer not whipping egg white 1

I have the kogan 1200 mixer and i have the same problem if there is not much liquid to mix but when there is enough it does the job.
The only problem i have with the sausiges, blender and other attachments is that if you remove the cover to lock in the attachment, it stops workinng so basically i cannot use them because to attache them, i need to remove the cover . Has anyone had the same issue?

Unfortunately you did. They didn't whip, so no whipped egg whites.
