Check out this fantastic 3D animated trailer for an upcoming project by Glow production "The Last Tree", set in the not too distant future, trees are discovered to be the most prominent source of energy. The world has since then came to the bleakest age of war and military suppression.

This film follows a girl - "Theresa" who is a member of "Preservers" which comprises a small fraction of survivors. She is being pursuit by clone troop in a deserted land because she holds an important piece of information that could determine the fate of humanity. Isn't it always amazing how robots can't shoot and a young girl with swords will beat them and why in this future time is the only form of transpo a motorcycle. All the best sci-fi movies love motorcycles which is the wastelanders selected mode of transpo.

You know, gasoline doesn't remain viable for very long before it degrades and doesn't work. That's a fault not accepted by Walking Dead or any of the rest of the apocalyptic films.
