Final Fitting For My Double Bespoke Commission | Kent & Haste

It is finally time to head back to London to visit the wonderful team at Kent Haste & Lachter for the final fittings for both of my new suits. This has been such a fun journey going through this process with the legendary team of John Kent and Terry Haste, and trouser maker Suyamba. From fabric selection and styling choices, through the pattern drafting and fabric cutting, we have followed the creation of these two suits at every step. Now I am going to try them on for the last time before the tailors take them away to complete the final garments.

This is the sort of thing the BBC should be showing. Highlighting the craftmanship still prevalent in this country and encouraging youngsters to pursue "a trade". Well done Kirby for this series of your Odyssey in London.

While the shooting suit series is definitely your undisputed masterpiece, this Kent and Haste series is by far the most entertaining purely on the bants of these two men. Commissioning two suits in one was a great idea, I only wish you had commissioned five so I could hear more of these two men!

Whilst I'm far from a fashion and style fanatic, I do enjoy the quality of videos you put out.
