I have a pulsating right neck vein but with random pains?? My doctor thinks I’m too young to have heart problems etc tho

Is it normal?
My neck always pulsate like this when i lay down. Can't sleep at all. It keeps irritating me all the time. I did checkup did echocardiogram, ecg etc. Doctor's said fine.

Should i be Concern? Reply please 😭

My neck pulse is really visible although it wasn't like that. Did ECG and XRAY both stated that I'm okay just a picture of bronchitis... should i be concerned about it? Please reply 🙏🏽😭

Does anyone know the diagnosis? My neck has been pulsating like this after I got Covid. It’s been 8 months now and I still suffer with this. It’s very visible when I am lying down.

Is this normal in thin people? My neck does this on the left side. Was told echo normal and no brutes heard.
