'Gentle Demons' - Instruments De l'Elf ( Handpan )

Happy to share an exploration playing this amazing instrument crafted by Mayuko Taki Mano.
"Demons Inside" is the name of this piece completly improvised and played on te moment with some cuts :) ahah.
I had the sometime to play and record some ideas with this instrument, before travelling to his new owner.

Mayuko Taki Mano is musician, handpan player, and also a big friend of mine. We meet in Azores 2013. From that time we are friend and it's such a huge pleasure to share his new work as handpan builder.

Mayuko is the maker of " Instruments De l'Elf ".

Some personal review:
This handpan have something really interesting and unsual, like a electric tiny shoulder sound that I particular like and appreciate. The scale is super tasty and have this "Middle-East" mystic atmospheres. Really beautiful timbre, balance, sustain, tuning and it looks delicious to my eyes.
