Oh my god the detail on that bell. It's there for the entirety of the segment until it's being put in reverse, but not only that, it's 100% in key with the background song (and the song that follows, even). Fucking beautiful, Edgar. Absolutely fucking beautiful.

Love the physical acting from everybody else during Gary’s speech honestly

During the speech you can see Steven seems to be the only one humouring Gary as his reaction goes from a confused frown to a “this guy serious?” Smirk to a disappointed frown when he realises Gary is for real. Oliver is bewildered by Gary’s actions throughout and is just staring like he’s witnessing a car crash. Peter is confused at first, looks away to ignore him and focus on something else then has to take a few seconds to snap back to reality and realises Gary’s still talking. Andy’s focusing on anything other than Gary and trying to distract himself with the building’s interior but then realises what Gary is doing and just has to watch in annoyance

I feel like i'm the only one who finds this scene depressing

gary is just trying to recreate the best moment of his life before he ends his life even though all his friends changed and moved on from their childhood

One thing I just noticed as a car nerd. Foreshadowing - all the cars parked at 1:10 are electric cars. I put this down initially to Vauxhall having a deal to product place their cars but it makes more sense if you think the blanks are using top technology available to them. (Other shots with petrol cars, I guess undermines this or they couldn't clear the roads for shooting)

I seriously can't stop laughing at 1:39. I mean seriously, they were all walking at 1:32 in the same place and then suddenly, Gary in front of the door. Edgar is a damn genius.
