My mother actually did that when rearranging her room. The most optimal spot was with a large window behind the bed, but there’s a large headboard and the curtains are constantly closed so it feels so cozy and safe. Not to mention the door into the room faces the perfect way to feel EVEN SAFER. I’ve learned so much from this channel

My childhood room had my bed against the window like that and I loved it. Being able to look up and see the moon and the stars at night through it was so relaxing. The sun did feel pretty aggressive in the morning, but it was behind my headboard for the early morning at least.
