I watched your footage from the Sigma fp height.
Your footage taken on Red is of very low quality, it probably has nothing to do with the camera. It's just hard to believe...
In the studio the picture is simple, with excessive contrast.

At $53K AUD this is 10K more expensive than the Sony Burano. Although Red has more frame rate options starting at 2K 17:9 to 8K 120fps, you still need to get all the added gear on top. Burano has the EVF, built in ND's. Limited frame rates as you go higher in resolution.
