Caitlin Clark (28 PTS, 12 AST) and back-court teammate Kelsey Mitchell (36 PTS, 6 REB) lead the Indiana Fever past the Wings in Dallas, as HOFer Nancy Lieberman says Clark isn't just the Rookie of the Year, but a candidate for WNBA MVP.

"When you have two guards that are both making plays, it puts the other team in the tough position of what to take away, who to put on who," Clark said. "We're definitely shooting it well. We're playing off each other well. We're looking for each other, and we're getting downhill, too. I think it's been a good balance of everything."

Clark came off a career-high 31 points in a win over fellow Rookie of the Year contender Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky.

jaci Sheldon did a great job guarding Clark full court, what a hustler! You pick your poison when playing the Fever and their plan was to shut down CC, they did their best, but she still had 28 and 12. They just have too many weapons and will be a problem in the playoffs.
