There's one phrase during the fight that intrigued me in the manga. The moment when yuji was going to hit sukuna with a stop sign on his back and sukuna says basically: "oh your that boy from that time..." and since we know that he is a creation of kenjaku I wonder if he isn't from the same Era of sukuna and the women that possessed megumi sister's body
