I am installing it quite a distance from the router and in a enclosed waterproof case (outdoor use). Is it possible to install an external antenna to improve the range/signal?

G'day, great instructional vid mate. I just installed mine, the door closes fine but when I press to open it only make the clicking sound but doesn't activate the door. Would you have any idea what may be wrong? Or maybe I just got a faulty one?

The open and close functions are reversed; when the door is open, the app displays "close, " and vice versa. How can this be corrected?
