UPDATE:
During the making of this video there was a lot of conflicting information out there. Some said Shigure Ui loves the idea of Lolis, others said it’s a bit and she would never. This conflict seems to be reflected in the comments.

Any way you look at it, it’s pretty clear her Loli God Requiem music video satirizes the culture, whether she's into it or not.

It actually goes deeper than that. You see, loli Ui was an in-joke created by Shigure Ui back in 2020 (2021? I forgot.) when she lost a punishment game against another vtuber (Kenmochi Touya). It was intended as a one off thing, an in-joke for her fanbase, but for some reason she kept it on her backlog, so to say. Then in 2022, she sang the Loli God Requiem, just this time on a karaoke stream, not in MV yet. Now in 2023, she decided to make an MV for it and it went booming, against her expectation. It was intended as an in-joke inside of her fanbase, but it leaked outside because the song (and the remix) is so catchy, I think.

O:27 already starting out with false info. The song is not a satirization of loli or anime culture, it's an inside joke for her community and the loli/lolicon community in general. And yes I saw your pinned comment update about "CoNfLiCtInG iNfOrMaTiOn, " that doesn't excuse the fact that you're spreading false information. I feel like you missed the mark on this one. The mash up works not because most people see the 9mm gangsters as loli haters looking to cap anyone who likes loli but because of the dichotomy of these thug guys who'd never be caught slipping now openly being fans of a loli just enjoying life dancing on the block with their little anime homie. The loli god requiem song is made by shigure ui after all who is a vocal supporter and fan of loli like many of the largest vtuber. It's crazy to me how many people don't understand the loli fandoms masochistic and self depreciating habits lol.
