Even if our world is a simulation, these simulations will still possess some rules which are identical to IRL. Namely the flow of elecrtricity within the processor can be measured by the inner inhabitants, much like how by pushing a game to it's extremes can create glitches, inhabitants of a VR world, by examining their own world, could learn of the laws of a higher world.
Example: if we were to create a VR world it should in theory be possible for the inhabitants to realiselaws of gravity on the outside world, since gravity will still affect the circutry to some extent, and the VR world by extension, no matter how small.

Brilliant dr. Stephen Hawkings' final paper noted three parallel universes and that the third parallel universe--- split. Yes. How did he notice? We all wet halfway through book revelation time prophecy-- and heaven gives us all a positive ending. Physics helped prove biblical prophecy.

NASA didn't read Michael Crichton's book "Timeline?" This isn't new. He told the world about this in 1999 in his book. It's not time travel, it's a parallel Earth that's a few centuries behind us. They explain how parallel universes were first suggested after an experiment with phantom photons in a vacuum. They managed to reduce light to a single photon, and as the photon traveled it made contact with something causing them to conclude it's hitting photons in another universe.
