Coursera brought me here too and I find that the compulsion for inclusion is high when the diversity is also high. In my part of the world - Làgos, Nigeria it's not been too difficult to be inclusive because we're still dealing with simple diversity - gender, religion, ethnicity, degree of education, etc. Not racial profiling, minority groups or expanded gender classifications.

don't get the idea-people are complaining about rules and culture in the organizations that didn't fit them. why not to start your own business and create a company of your dream?

It is funny that I have worked in my home country though in different regions other than my home county. Despite this, I have felt both explicit and implicit biases. So, the journey brought me here and I passionately believe Diversity and Inclusion is the way to go.
