Omg totally agree. I don't want anyone to feel lonely but I always end up feeling alone because I push people away. Why do we do this to ourselves? Specially after the pandemic, I feel we got used to silence and now it's overwhelming to being around crowds.

i get this works to a point but even as one comment says you are there for people but no one is there for you. You can only do that so many times till it gets exhausting and stale especially if you do not even get the bare minimum back
