Collaborative Filmmakers Workshop

3 Penny Films filmmakers Jess Atkinson and Joe Schreiber peel back the curtain for a live, interactive, “after-action” critique of one of their own short films. Frame by frame, they’ll take you on a journey through the filmmaking process, revealing the storytelling, cinematography, editing principles, and tools needed to create an impactful film. Participants are encouraged to join the discussion and will be ultimately challenged to create a film eligible for cash prizes and inclusion in our upcoming film festival.

Thanks to digital cameras, smartphones, tablets, computers, social networks, and other technology, today it is easier than ever for anyone to become a filmmaker.
