My grandmother worked for your family at the Cape. She was so kind and down to earth to my family.
Sorry for your loss. Nana said she was one of a kind!

I have always admired Ethel Kennedy. So much pain has passed to Her and now with Robert She has found Eternal Peace. Back in 1984 with 2 other Seniors we didn't show up for our senior play. Than living in Riverhead. Long Island NY my Friend JoAnn and her boyfriend we decided we wanted to take the train to Saint Patrick's Cathedral in NY City. We waited long hours well over 30 hours in line that stretched for blocks. Finally in the early morning hours we finally entered the Cathedral. We were able to pass by His coffin. At that 2.00am hour it was crowded. We had planned to catch the next train to go to burial in Washington DC. But once leaving the Cathedral we were so exhausted and sat on the steps but drifted asleep. Upon waking we realized we missed that chance. I called my parents to see if they could get us. My friends and I have forever been grateful my Father came for us. Years later married my wife and I were heading to visit Her family in Virginia. We decided to stop in Arlington National Cemetery. We were able to visit President John Kennedy's burial spot and Roberts temporarily burial spot. As the years have passed haven't returned but as it was yesterday I can visual clearly that visit and view the eternal flame on JFK's grave. Leaving Long Island and live half my life in Connecticut I wonder whatever became of my 2 friends. But have asked the Lord to Bless them. Always in our thoughts and Hearts Ethel Kennedy. Prayers to the Families and Friends. Tom Zebrowski
