'Elite' actor Julian Ortega has died. He was 41. According to 'The Sun,' Ortega died after suffering cardiac arrest in Spain on Sunday.

Its sad. Life is so short.

Wow. Rip… I had a pretty big Scare today myself.. not exactly sure what it was but it’s related to the heart..😢 no pain or anything just lotta palpitations and a certain amount of time and they were pretty strong maybe putting pressure on my stomach and causing it to flip-flop more but I was carrying a tire for my car into the discount tire and I was all worked up because of the events of the day. One of my car tires were slashed. And I didn’t have a lot of money in the bank to pay for it barely.. plus rent is due in a few days which went up about $25 a month. I’m just finding that out now so right now I don’t have enough money for rent. I’ll probably lose everything if I don’t come up with something.. but yeah, lotta stress today.. I kept holding my breath trying to push down and it would stop a little bit but he could feel it a little bit so I sat down and kept breathing, and it subsided. I’ve had palpitations before related with stress, it kept go on for about two minutes or so like normal heart beats and then one like extra hard one no pain.. just weird sensations.. once I got the news that discount tire was only going to charge me $64 for the part for a new one. I was happy even though I didn’t have road coverage or anything. They didn’t charge me the 190.. so my hat goes off to discount tire but yeah, that was the event of the day for me. Find out my tire was slashed… there’s a lot more to it but let’s just say I was in the car when it was slashed because it’s my only place to sleep so for somebody out there who did this ..I’m glad it wasnt my neck.. pretty despicable, human being will have karma thrown upon them. if you can do that to a person who’s going through stuff you can do it to anybody

That is why it is so important for 40 year old men to schedule doctor's appointments yearly. An Echocardiogram would of picked up heart disease and anything wrong with his heart. 41 years old is young to die
