I got the 11 pro but each time i try to activate the guided access, the screen keeps locking, can someone help plz??

Doesn’t help me when I can’t remember the passcode. I restart the phone and it goes right back to the message and says guided access enabled and to press 3 times and then asks for the passcode.

If you have iphone x click up volume then down then hold lock screen button it will shut down then ask for your real password i was so freaked i couldn't get in it do that guys. it was because the password was incorect but idk why.
