Revisiting the 15' Retina MacBook Pro (Late 2013)

I remember when you got this beast. I was also one of those that thought it was an April fool's joke, haha. That was around the time you changed the channel name too right? I'm glad you got it back, it's always nice to have something to remember those we love by. Lots of memories tied to things that most others would just view as disposable. Anyways, nice little throwback here. Reminds me of watching your vids during a rough point in my life, incredibly theraputic to me at the time just hearing someone passionate about this stuff like myself talk about it. Thanks Ryan.

I have a mid 2012 MacBook Pro 13 inch. I’m glad I got the last upgradable MacBook Pro. I was able to put 16gb of ram in it for pretty cheap.

Hi thewre, I own a late 2013 macbook pro 15" retina display and I have purchased it recently but I have one problem. There is a hardware I used to use with my older 2011 macbook pro and the hardware only has firewire ports and the late 2013 macbook pro doesn't have firewire ports. It just has usb amd thunderbolt ports. How can I get my firewire hardware to work with my late 2013 macbook pro?

Hey Ryan, cool video. I Still using a 2015 MacBook Pro 15" i7 2.8 quad, R9 M370X. I like it for its ports & of course that lighted Apple logo. I have the retro 1979 Apple Cinema gel cover as well. Cool stuff. I run Windows 10 on mine.
