I've been overly critical in other videos but this is the real deal. A guy around my age who can wear jeans and do capitalism is worth his weight in gold. At same time it feels a bit weird since the lockdowns seems like an opportunity since there are a LOT of dead restaurants especially in big cities in America. Having not seen this on TV my jury is out. Better than Gordon Ramsey. This is a great interview on both sides from point of a crazy guy wanting to hit him. I've been there and know I won't respond.

The guy interviewing RObert Irvine said “I am Italian”. Does he have Italian citizenship and an Italian passport? Yes? Then he is Italian. No? Then he is not Italian. He might be a far-removed descendant of an Italian family. I hate it when people say “I am Italian” when they are Americans that come from a long line of Italian ancestors. If you are not an Italian citizen, do not speak Italian fluently, then I hate to tell you but you are not Italian. Call me pedantic but it is my pet peeve.
