A full exhaustive list would be Turkey, Egypt, Russia, France, Spain, The U.K, The Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Chile, Denmark, Argentina, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, The U.S.A, Panama, Kazakhstan and if the Careibean is considered North America then technically Colombia. There's also an argument for Japan as they hold some Pacific islands. Also Indonesia if you consider West Papua as part of Oceania.

Some other notable ones :
-Georgia and Azerbaijan are both geographically European and Asian because the Caucasus mountains, separating the two continents, go through these 2 countries.
-Cyprus is debatably European or Asian. Since the European border isn’t especially clear when it comes to Mediterranean islands, especially this one, Cyprus can be considered asian or european as they are close to both of these continents, not one much more than the other, and they are even culturally split between the greek (european) and turkish (asian) cultures.
-Portugal technically owns an island that is located in the North American tectonic plate.
-Denmark owns Greenland, which is North American.
-Indonesia is considered Asian and Oceanian because they own half of the island of New Guinea, which is considered Oceanian.
-Norway owns the Bouvet Island, which is near Antarctica.
-Australia also has an island near Antarctica. Don’t know its name though.
-Kazakhstan actually has the most western part of its territory that is geographically located in Europe.
-Panama is sometimes considered both North and South American, as the separation for the two Americas is considered to be the Panama canal, going through the middle of the country.
-The USA owns Oceanian (Pacific) territories such as Hawaii or the American Samoa. I don’t know if Guam is considered Asian, but if it is, that’s another continent.

-Apparently Italy and Greece own some islands that are very close to Africa. Don’t know if it counts as African but I guess it probably does

Denmark owns Greenland meaning territoriality speaking Denmark is a mostly north American country

Indonesia owns the West of Papua which makes them in Oceania

Yemen owns some islands near Eritrea and maybe socotra too I'm not sure if those are in Africa tho

The USA owns hawaii which is in Oceania

East Germany was granted nominal control of a Cuban island meaning east Germany was nominally in the Caribbean. Technically said island was never transferred to Germany tho

You could also make an argument Russia is in North America since eastern Siberia is often seen on North American maps plus there are two islands in between Alaska (US) and Russia, with them being split between the two, they are so close you can walk from Russia to Alaska (US) in Winter then the sea freezes over.

Turkey is a peculiar one because there are geographers who consider Anatolia to be part of Europe.
The definition of Europe is fairly fuzzy, as it is that of continents in general, but it leads to disagreements over the position of Turkey.
