I own the 14900K and the MSI Liquid Suprim X 4090. And SW: Outlaws is the only game title (and I own hundreds of games) that will take my 4090 to 99% utilization at 4K RTX. Even then I will only get to around 40-45 FPS. With DLSS on and lowering the render resolution to 70% I can ALMOST maintain 60 FPS with everything ULTRA.
No other titles: Spiderman, Last of Us, Black Myth, ... even Avatar doesn't push my system to these limits.
HOWEVER, when you play SW:Outlaws at ultra 4K RTX it is beyond gorgeous! The city areas have so much going on in them it is ridiculous! For pure Eye-Porn, in order for me it is Avatar, Black Myth then SW:Outlaws. But honestly all 3 titles are drop dead gorgeous to see running!

It has ray traced reflections, ray traced shadows, ray traced refractions, and global illumination. Quite a few RT effects there, and global illumination is super demanding.

I can only recommend everyone to turn down the mouse sensitivity in the game options, the stuttering does not come from the 40 - 70 fps

Being lenient here; game devs should be targeting performance of 4K max settings without upscaling at 60fps on a 4090. The fact that it requires DLSS to get to 60fps+ with a 4090 is quite baffling. Obviously Nvidia is going to market this with DLSS Off vs. Frame-Gen on, RT on vs. RT off 😅

The only gpu that can play with 4K 60fps upscaled Raytracing right now... other don't ever bother that setting.

Hello Andrei, besides pure FPS, nice results on temps GPU 60-70°C max and CPU max 60°C ? whats PC case are you using ? / CPU cooler is in your build /position ? Looking forward to build a basic mid tower build with 2x140 or 3x120 front intake with CPU 240 AIO radiator top exhaust and 1 x 120 rear exhaust. Let me know
