omg such double standard right here apple has sued Samsung over standard essential patents and won. and does any one care ?

The question remains as to what determines an essential patent vs an non essential patent? Furthermore what business does the government have making that determination and in who's interests? Clearly if nothing else this shows that our Government is run by multinational corporations and their special interest groups.

Listening to this as an English speaker leaves me at a loss, I have absolutely no idea what they are talking about and both men swallow their words thus making it really difficult to understand what is being said. Poor Belgian students at EPHEC who have to listen to this drivel as part of an English exam. I pity you all and shame on the school for making this an exam piece; if there is a teacher out there from the school, do the kids a favour and change the video.
