I never skin my tomatoes 😭. I might have to start though, that powder seems so versatile 🍅🩷

As a European, I find it weird to peel of the skin of tomatoes. For whatever recipe where we use tomatoes, we never peel them. In a salad there's no difference, in a soup you just gotta mix well to get rid of the little pieces of skin, and same for a tomato sauce or paste

Neat idea! If not organic, pesticides can concentrate more on the peel. But if organic and no wax on peels, this could be good!

I never knew people don't peel their tomatoes. I hate seeing, eating tomato peels in my food always.
