I got a ProSomnus today and it's flat and props my mouth open a whole cm. I thought it was going to be the same as my day time prescription and look very similar to the one you have.
I'm very concerned.

Where do you get this and does it help with Tmj and grinding at night? I keep waking up with neck pain. I think it’s from sleeping on my back actually this stupid pillow is pushing my head forward and maybe even my jaw closed. I’m not sure.

Does this device pull the mandible further forward than your normal bite? If so, will it not eventually cause a whole arch underbite and misalignment by permanently moving all lower arch teeth forward? What long term studies have looked at this? Can you provide literature references?
