These are great bags for the money. They come "overfilled" on purpose so that a person can customize to their liking, including empty out and refill with a preferred fill. I removed all my fill and replaced with polly beads as well as a little bit of Zircon sand to keep it good and bottom heavy as well as sit very flat at the base.

i wish they made the refill thing more obvious, i was wondering that the deal was with the little window, id even considered that maybe i was meant to cut the window to let filling out!

Of three Caldwell bags I've had all three blew out a seam. They are junk. If you only use it once a year then it might last three years.
