This Salmon Wellington is the perfect quick and easy dinner twist on a classic. Delicious and flaky salmon covered in cheese and spinach and then wrapped in a flaky pastry. You’ll impress your friends and family with this one.

Ingredients Needed:
▪️ 12 oz spinach (drained and squeezed dry)
▪️ 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
▪️ 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
▪️ 1 tsp salt* or to taste
▪️ ½ tsp onion powder
▪️ ½ tsp garlic powder
▪️ ¼ tsp black pepper
▪️ ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
▪️ 1 lb skinless salmon
▪️ 1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
▪️ 1 medium egg, lightly beaten
▪️ Salt and pepper to taste

The crust is too thin, should have use two doughs. When you break it use a serrated knife. It is beter with les cheese and more organized. Love ❤️
