The thing about the shield was, each of them individually were units (all champions) but at the same time when they were together, their chemistry was unmatched. Not to mention all the matches between shield members were unreal bc of how well they knew each other. These guys were one of the most if not the most dominant team ever.

Ah yes, back when us children didn’t know what Dean would be in for for the rest of his WWE Run, when we didn’t know Seth was breaking his back carrying that infamous year, and we didn’t know that Vince figured out an equation where Seth and Dean + The Big Dog = Pops for Roman. All complaints aside, this is one of the best factions to be produced in wrestling. Glad everything is working out for them…

I know as a full faction they only lasted 2 years and some months but they were so vital with each others growth and how they reunited it never really felt like they were apart and creative knew when to make these link ups feel special.
