I can not use command twistd -n ftp although i install twisted

After running command ls . Won't see text file, just get 200 port ok 226 Transfer complete.

Although interresting, I don't see a real practical use for this. There are plenty of good FTP servers with good protection mechanisms, including one from FileZilla, which I've used in the past.
