Lemon curd is a British condiment that is often spread onto cakes or on toast to add a zingy refreshing edge.

- Sugar 100g
- Butter 100g
- Lemons 3-4**
**The zest from one lemon will be needed as well as 120ml of juice

New British subscriber living in Spain..loving seeing how to make the foods that I miss so much. Great channel. I've seen you water bath other jars to preserve and make shelf stable before opening.. can lemon curd be water bathed so that I don't need to use up fridge space and if so for how long? Thank you, shall be making the branston and the onion chutney at the weekend.
