I had to come see how old this video is, I am struggling, we’ve actually had to cut way back on our food, I usually pay almost $6 for a pound of organic, grass fed beef, which I need due to health issues, I’ve already dialed it back from Grass Finished, I cannot really intermittent fast due to the health problems, but we are skipping lunch and eating breakfast later around 10-11am then dinner around 7pm as well. We used to have meat, 2 sides and a salad. Now it’s meat and one side or a salad. It’s like the 1930’s all over again. Thanks so much for sharing your food hacks.

The farmed vs wild caught salmon is a myth. You can't look at a fish and tell if it was farmed or not since most are farmed as fry.
