This is actually a difficult one

It’s kinda all based on if Saitama is truly a gag character or not.

Gojo’s infinity should theoretically be unbeatable to Saitama, and his hollow purple would eradicate Saitama (erases all matter)

But Saitama is Saitama, so he might just break infinity because he feels like it.

Logically gojo wins, but Saitama’s powers have almost zero logic behind them.

No doubt sitama has strength but he even cant touch gojo .. cause if his shield .. and in domain spirit .. sitama cant win again gojo .. after all he is sorcerer supreme
