Reducing Scope 3 Emissions Remains a Challenge

Environmental, social and governance policies and corporate reporting standards vary widely around the world. UCLA Anderson’s Professor Magali Delmas, faculty director of the Center for Impact, helped develop the Open for Good™ platform to enable a comprehensive assessment of corporate transparency across ESG categories. Delmas spoke with John Cook, senior director of sustainability at Niagara Bottling, and Bonnie Nixon, ESG and sustainability director of the Long Beach Container Terminal, about ESG challenges within their hard-to-decarbonize sectors.
