Dude I shit you not I had a dream last night where I was in a restaurant and I didn’t know what to order and I chose some random thing on the menu and the waitress said “oh the molokhia? Thats really gross” and then I woke up. The thing is I’m a white boy from south texas I never heard of this food till that dream I feel like I gotta fulfill that prophecy and make this dish
