This had the effect of the first teaser of IT 2017 movie on me. I felt like I went back to 2016 from 1. I guess that's their purpose anyway. But it also seems to have a bit of a 1990 TV miniseries influence.

It’s a little funny, I just read how tired this one reviewer (probably more) is of Horror movies using seemingly happy pleasant music to underline the dread of what’s to come.

They forgot one of his most entertaining movies "Malignant". You can tell that James had his fun of his life filming this and I had a hell of fun with it too - even when it is a little cheesy, trashy and dumb here and there. But the creature effects and the idea and creation of the killer was just super fun. And wow - the final shootout at the police-office was Matrix meets Hellraiser 🥰
