2025 Honda Civic Crash Test

The Honda Civic has earned high safety ratings in the latest IIHS (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety) evaluations for 2025. Two versions of the model made the winners’ list:
• Honda Civic Hatchback: Awarded the TOP SAFETY PICK+, the highest rating, requiring excellent performance in crash tests, including updated front and side impact assessments, as well as an effective pedestrian crash prevention system.
• Honda Civic Sedan: Recognized as a TOP SAFETY PICK, meeting stringent safety standards, though not reaching the highest tier achieved by the hatchback version.

These results highlight Honda’s commitment to advanced safety technology, ensuring strong protection for both front and rear-seat passengers, a key focus of the IIHS’s updated 2025 standards.
