I grew up in a haunted house...spent the first 10 years of my life there...and I can tell you that living with ghosts really SUCKS. I never felt safe...I had that creepy sensation that someone was following me/watching me almost 24/7...and I was absolutely terrified every time I had to be in the dark. If your home in haunted, or you are scared the majority of the time, you need to MOVE. That kind of fear and stress can actually impact your physical health, too, not just your mental health.

My thoughts:

#13 - Doesn't show the whole room where the sound is - another person making the sounds and chair could be pulled with wire. Call Cap.
#12 - Foundations and doorway look to be made to suit the entrance. Probably connected with other houses and present for many many years.
#11 - Could be a monkey?
#10 - Not sure what the dog is doing or what the sound is but pauses at the chairs as she scans past them and keeps checking them before they move? Call cap.
#9 - Maybe the locksmith is there working on something? Does state they are available at night. Don't see anything unusual.
#8 - Dog probably tapped the ball with it's left paw, deflecting from the bottom of the cabinet. Nice try concealing it with the red arrow.
#7 - Oh he captured something. He captured himself making the item fall from the counter.
#6 - Living alone doesn't mean you don't have other people visiting. If a "ghost" is insinuated, this couldn't be any more cap.
#5 - Not clear enough to make out - will have to return to edit this if I have a suggestion
#4 - Many items or something heavy could have toppled in the trolley to move it with momentum. He may have pushed the bottom of the items too far in on the shelf and they eventually fell over. Floor may be wooden and/or uneven making these things happen. Could have also been staged for marketing.
#3 - No accomplices down there to turn off the power and hide behind the machine?
#2 - Someone else there, could also be an animal.
#1 - Looks like fairly fresh wet footprints in the direction to towards the exit, then fresher ones heading back into the tunnel? Not sure why you'd enter a 1.5 mile tunnel with the chance of meeting a "creature" though if you need to stop for a breather around 30 yards in. Not a good idea.
